Resumen
La mujer directiva y sus habilidades es un tema que reviste gran importancia en la actualidad dado el posicionamiento de la mujer en puestos de dirección y específicamente en la gestión deportiva. Es nuestro propósito compartirlas para originar un intercambio de experiencias profesionales sobre la temática en cuestión. Este constituye un estudio preliminar dado la carencia de trabajos de investigación destinados al estudio de las habilidades de mujeres directivas en el contexto de la Actividad Física, por tanto se necesita explorar sobre el tema para efectuar un primer acercamiento a esta realidad. Atendiendo a la situación anteriormente mencionada se plantea como objetivo valorar algunas habilidades de la mujer directiva en la Actividad Física. Se emplean en el estudio métodos teóricos como la revisión documental y el analítico-sintético.
Abstract
The directive woman and their abilities are a topic that you had great importance at the present time given the woman's positioning in address positions and specifically in the sport administration. It is our purpose to share them to originate an exchange of professional experiences on the thematic one in question. This constitutes a given preliminary study the lack of investigation works dedicated to the study of the abilities of directive women in the context of the Physical Activity, therefore it is needed to explore on the topic to make a first approach to this reality. Assisting to the previously mentioned situation thinks about as objective, to value the directive woman's abilities in the Physical Activity. They are used in the study theoretical methods as the documental revision and the analytic-synthetic one.
