Resumen
El empleo de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones dejaron de ser solo herramientas tecnológicas educativas para convertirse en una de las competencias básicas a desarrollar en el proceso educativo. Los cambios en el modo en que los estudiantes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Pedagogía-Psicología aprendieron con el uso de las nuevas tecnologías, especialmente, después de la pandemia fue el objetivo del presente estudio. Cuatro grupo focales integrados en total por 44 estudiantes de los cuatro años de la carrera respondieron el protocolo. Se utilizó el análisis de contenido y la herramienta automatizada de análisis cualitativo de textos no estructurados Atlas.ti. para la codificación, identificación de patrones de respuesta y la elaboración de un mapa conceptual de palabras. La triangulación de fuentes y contenido permitió el análisis de los resultados. El estudio ratificó el uso unánime de los celulares para el acceso a Internet, a las redes y como recurso complementario de búsqueda de información; el estudio independiente se realizó en dependencia de la complejidad de las asignaturas, el volumen de contenidos y la motivación. Fue significativa la prevalencia de estudiantes que aún prefieren los libros de texto para estudiar y de aquellos que requieren mejorar las habilidades metacognitivas. Las nuevas tecnologías tuvieron un uso privilegiado en actividades de carácter recreativo y de entretenimiento. En general, después de la pandemia le dedicaron más tiempo al estudio independiente. Se necesitan otras investigaciones para profundizar y optimizar el uso de las tecnologías en la formación profesional del psicopedagogo.
Abstract
Information and communication technologies are no longer educational technological tools and their use has become one of the basic skills to be developed in the teachinglearning process.
The changes in the way in which the students of the Bachelor of Pedagogy-Psychology program learned with the use of new technologies, especially after the pandemic, was the objective of this study, especially after the pandemic, was the objective of the present study. Four focus groups made up of a total of 44 students from the four years of the degree, answered the protocol. Content analysis and the automated tool for the qualitative analysis of unstructured texts, Atlas.ti were used for the coding and identification of response patterns and the development of a conceptual map of words. The triangulation of sources and content enabled the analysis of the results. The study ratified the unanimous use of cell phones for access to the Internet and networks and as a complementary resource for the search for information; the independent study was carried out depending on the complexity of the subjects, the volume of content and the motivation. The prevalence of students who still prefer textbooks to study and those who need to improve metacognitive skills was significant. New technologies had a privileged use in recreational and entertainment activities. In general, after the pandemic they devoted more time to independent study. Other research is needed to deepen and optimize the use of technologies in the professional training of educational psychologists.
