Resumen
En las instituciones donde la actividad de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación y de investigación y desarrollo ocupa un papel decisivo para el desarrollo de los procesos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos requiere dar relevancia a la gestión institucional de la investigación. En la Universidad de Moa Dr. Antonio Núñez Jiménez se han realizado investigaciones para favorecer la gestión de la información de investigación, sin embargo, persisten dificultades en su recogida, integración y recuperación que obstaculiza la gestión de la actividad científica.
El objetivo de esta investigación es establecer las pautas para la implementación de un sistema de gestión de información sobre investigación en la Universidad de Moa. Para establecer dichas pautas se aplicaron métodos teóricos y técnicas de investigación tales como la entrevista estructurada, el cuestionario, la entrevista no estructurada a expertos, la observación participante y el benchmarking. Además, se toman como referentes las etapas lógicas propias del desarrollo de sistemas de información con base tecnológica: el modelado de negocio y la educción de requisitos. Estos resultados sientan la base para el posterior diseño e implementación del sistema como parte de un proyecto de investigación institucional. Los sistemas de gestión de información sobre investigación permiten la gestión global y eficiente de todos los procesos relacionados con la gestión de la investigación en el contexto universitario cubano.
Abstract
In institutions where the activity of Science, Technology and Innovation and research and development occupies a decisive role for the development of the processes and the fulfillment of the objectives, it is necessary to give relevance to the institutionalmanagement of research. At the University of Moa Dr. Antonio Jiménez, research has been carried out to favor the management of research information, however, difficulties persist in its collection, integration and recovery that hinder the management of scientific activity.
The objective of this research is to establish the guidelines for the implementation of a research information management system at the University of Moa. To establish these guidelines, theoretical methods and research techniques such as the structured interview, the questionnaire, the unstructured interview with experts, participant observation and benchmarking were applied. In addition, the logical stages of the development of technology-based information systems are taken as references: business modeling and the eduction of requirements. These results lay the foundation for the subsequent design and implementation of the system as part of an institutional research project. Research information management systems allow global and efficient management of all processes related to research management in the Cuban university context.
