Resumen
El trabajo parte de identificar la existencia de dificultades en la gestión del conocimiento, donde se analiza que cada vez más es una función integral de cualquier organización, donde se incluyen a las universidades y demás instituciones educativas. Desde hace siglos las universidades son las principales productoras de conocimiento, por lo tanto, se hace necesario aprovechar este capital y así lograr un mayor impacto en la formación académica, en la extensión, en la investigación, en el desarrollo tecnológico y en la innovación. El objeto de este informe es la identificación y la comprensión de la relación entre el tipo de gestión del conocimiento institucional y el uso eficaz de los resultados de la investigación educativa en la mejora de la educación. Además, propone un conjunto de acciones para fortalecer la gestión del conocimiento en las carreras del curso por encuentros.
Abstract
The work leaves of identifying the existence of difficulties in the administration of the knowledge, where it is analyzed that more and more it is an integral function of any organization, where they are included to the universities and other educational institutions. For centuries the universities are the main producers of knowledge, therefore it becomes necessary to take advantage of this capital one and this way to achieve a bigger impact in the academic formation, in the extension, in the investigation, in the technological development and in the innovation. The object of this report is the identification and the understanding of the relationship between the type of administration of the institutional knowledge and the effective use of the results of the educational investigation in the improvement of the education. It also proposes a group of actions for to strengthen the administration of the knowledge in the careers of the course for encounters.
