Con el objetivo de asesorar, capacitar y orientar al personal designado de la Empresa Agropecuaria Alquízar para elaborar el diagnóstico de ésta una vez que fue seleccionada por el gobierno de esta localidad para iniciar el proceso de perfeccionamiento empresarial y haber expuesto un diagnóstico inicial no acorde a las regulaciones existentes para ello, se convoca al personal docente del Centro Universitario Municipal de Alquízar de la Universidad de Artemisa para realizar el estudio de la documentación presentada. Esto posibilitó hacer recomendaciones dirigidas a rediseñar su diagnóstico en función de sus subsistemas organizativos empleando para ello los referentes que se tienen del Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Cuba en el desarrollo de este proceso. Se asumen las tres condiciones mínimas que se requieren para modificar el estilo de trabajo del centro para que este se convierta en un colectivo de trabajo cuya labor se realiza con eficiencia y eficacia. Contribuir con el sector productivo en pos de lograr la sinergia Universidad-Empresa a la cual han sido convocados todos los Centros de Educación Superior del país, es una de las tareas que asume para realizar recomendaciones en la misión y visión de esta entidad lo cual le permita a la vez elevar sus rendimientos agroindustriales.
With the objective of advising, training and guiding the designated personnel of the Alquízar Agricultural Company to prepare the diagnosis of this once it was selected by the government of this locality to start the process of business improvement and having exposed an initial diagnosis not in accordance with the existing regulations for this, the teaching staff of the Municipal University Center of Alquízar of the University of Artemisa are summoned to study the documentation presented. This made it possible to make recommendations aimed at redesigning its diagnosis based on its organizational subsystems, using for this purpose the references available from the Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba in the development of this process. The three minimum conditions that are required to modify the work style of the center are assumed so that it becomes a work group whose work is carried out efficiently and effectively. Contributing with the productive sector in pursuit of achieving the University-Company synergy to which all the Higher Education Centers of the country have been summoned, is one of the tasks that it assumes to make recommendations on the mission and vision of this entity which will allow at the same time to increase your agro-industrial yields.
